These terms govern use of GooReview, a Shanetic product for Google review analysis, reply setup, and related billing features.
By using GooReview, you agree to these terms. You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and only for accounts or business profiles you are authorized to manage.
You are responsible for your users, connected accounts, settings, and any actions taken through your workspace.
GooReview depends on third-party services including Google Business Profile APIs. Those services may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
You must comply with Google's applicable terms, policies, and permissions when connecting or using Google data through GooReview.
Paid features, trials, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and failed payments are governed by the billing state shown in the product and processed through our payment providers.
If billing becomes inactive, suspended, refunded, or disputed, some GooReview features may be limited or disabled.
GooReview may provide automated analysis, previews, and suggested replies. You remain responsible for deciding how to use those outputs and for reviewing them before relying on them.
Shanetic does not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will always be accurate, compliant, or appropriate for every situation.
GooReview is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shanetic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, fail to pay, or create risk for Shanetic or other users.
You may stop using GooReview at any time. Some obligations, including payment, limitation of liability, and legal compliance provisions, survive termination.
