We use data to run, improve, secure, and support GooReview.

• Authenticate users and maintain sessions
• Connect to Google Business Profile data through authorized integrations
• Generate review analysis, previews, and reply settings
• Operate billing, subscriptions, and support workflows
• Investigate bugs, abuse, fraud, and service incidents

3. Google Data and Customer Content

When you connect Google Business Profile, GooReview accesses only the Google data needed for the features you use. That may include business location identifiers, review content, review ratings, and related profile metadata.

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use the business data you connect to GooReview.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers and infrastructure partners that help us operate GooReview, such as hosting, authentication, analytics, and billing providers.

We may also disclose data when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect Shanetic, our users, or the public.

We keep data only for as long as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
