This policy explains how Shanetic handles data when businesses use Shanetic Concierge to connect Google Business Profiles, review activity, and billing.
We collect account details, session data, billing status, connected Google Business Profile information, selected locations, review settings, and preview or analysis data needed to operate Shanetic Concierge.
We also collect technical logs such as IP address, browser information, device information, and event timestamps to keep the service secure and reliable.
We use data to run, improve, secure, and support Shanetic Concierge.
When you connect Google Business Profile, Shanetic Concierge accesses only the Google data needed for the features you use. That may include business location identifiers, review content, review ratings, and related profile metadata.
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use the business data you connect to Shanetic Concierge.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers and infrastructure partners that help us operate Shanetic Concierge, such as hosting, authentication, analytics, and billing providers.
We may also disclose data when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect Shanetic, our users, or the public.
We keep data only for as long as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
